Leadership Coaching

My work as a Leadership Coach provides executive level coaching support for school leaders. This is a confidential person-centred service focused exclusively on school leaders' personalised professional development and wellbeing. It is therefore complimentary to, but independent of and beyond existing performance management systems and school improvement partnerships which are primarily focused on organizational development and not the Head's personal development.
